Help · AI & integrations

The assistant drafts records, answers questions and finds things, and nothing is saved until a person confirms. This article explains what is sent to the AI provider, when, and how to switch AI off.

Draft: this article is still being written. The outline below is accurate to how Konverge works today, but the step-by-step detail is not finished. For help with this now, email support.

Who can do it
Everyone except clients can use the assistant, once they agree to it. Only the company owner can turn AI off for the company.

This article is still being written. Here is what it will cover, so you know what Konverge does today.

What this article will cover

  • What the assistant can do: answer questions about your projects, draft tasks, snags, notes and other records from text, voice or a photo, and find drawing details.
  • Draft and confirm: the assistant proposes, a person confirms, and the write runs through the same permission checks and audit trail as doing it by hand.
  • What is sent to Konverge’s AI provider, Google,, and that it isn’t used to train models.
  • Reading uploaded documents and drawings automatically for search, separately from the assistant.
  • Your own agreement before first use, and the company switch in Settings → AI (owner only).
  • Monthly AI limits for the company and for each person.
  • Features that aren’t switched on yet: AI takeoff, AI programme drafts, AI client-update drafts and budget-risk summaries.
