Questions
01What does “Early access” mean in Konverge?
An early-access module is in the app and works, but it is still maturing and carries best-effort support. The badge is the same one you see inside the app. Estimates, Finance, Progress billing, Purchase orders, Leads, Bid packages and Equipment carry it today, as do the approval workflows, ISO 19650 and OCR review features inside Documents.
02Is there a web or desktop version?
Yes. Konverge runs in a web browser at app.getkonverge.com, on a computer or a phone, and the iPhone and Android apps are coming soon (see getkonverge.com/app). It is one workspace. The office works at a desk: estimates, change orders, finance, reports, documents and drawings (uploading drawing sets included), the team and settings, and a review of what site has captured. The one-button site capture and working with no signal come with the phone apps. More on the Office on the web page.
03Can I get all our data out?
Yes. Owners and admins can download everything from Settings, Export data, in the web app: one ZIP with a spreadsheet (CSV) for every register and, if you want them, the document files, in a folder per project. It works on a read-only workspace too.
04Does Konverge integrate with accounting software?
Not yet. A calendar feed and a private Zapier app are available to owners and admins. QuickBooks and Xero integrations are planned after launch and are not live.
