Questions

01How does the free trial work?

Every self-serve package starts with a 14-day free trial, with every feature of the package you choose. You add a card when you start, and it is charged on day 15 unless you cancel. Cancel before then from Settings, Plan & billing on the web, and you pay nothing. We email you 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.

02Can we have more than one free trial?

One free trial per company. A second company you set up later starts on a paid plan straight away.

03How do extra users work?

Crew includes 5 users and Company includes 15. Add more one at a time, up to 15 on Crew and 60 on Company, from Plan & billing on the web; you pay for the rest of the billing period pro rata. Solo is for one person: for a second user, move up to Crew. Past 60 users, talk to us about Enterprise.

04Do clients, subcontractors and guests count as users?

No. Users are your own people. Clients, subcontractors and guests you invite to see their quotes, snags, sheets and portal are free, however many there are.

05Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices exclude VAT in the UK and sales tax in the US, which are added at checkout where they apply. You can pay in pounds or dollars.

06What happens if we move to a smaller package?

Everything you made stays readable, by everyone who could read it before. What changes is that you can’t start new records in the modules the smaller package doesn’t include. A move down waits until the users in your company fit the smaller package.

07What happens if we stop paying?

The workspace goes read-only: everyone can still open everything, and owners and admins can still download it all from Settings, Export data. Nothing is deleted. Choose a package again and you carry on where you left off.

08Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Annual billing is 2 months free: you pay for ten months and get twelve. Switch between monthly and annual above to see the yearly prices.

09Can we pay by invoice?

Enterprise is quoted annually and invoiced. Solo, Crew and Company are paid by card on the web through Stripe; Konverge never sees your card number.

10Is the AI assistant extra?

No. The assistant is in every package, with a monthly AI allowance. AI drawing intelligence comes with Crew and up, and advanced AI with Company and up. It drafts and a person confirms, and your company can switch it off.

11Is there a discount for pilots?

Yes. Pilots are free for the pilot term and keep a permanent founding-customer discount afterwards.
