  • Not switched on yet. Settings → Online payments says so until it is available for your company.
  • Connecting your company’s Stripe account, and what Stripe asks for.
  • Which payment methods clients can use.
  • How a payment is matched to the invoice, and the fees.
  • Konverge is not a party to your contract with your client.

In the meantime

Online payments aren’t available yet. Send invoices by email, with your bank details in the letterhead (Settings → Branding → Payment details).
