Help · Account & billing

Konverge comes in four packages: Solo, Crew, Company and Enterprise. Each self-serve package starts with a 14-day free trial; your card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends.

Who can do it
The owner and admins choose and change the package. Everyone else sees which package the company is on.

The four packages

Package For Users Projects
Solo One person running every job 1 Up to 5 active
Crew Small builders 5 included, up to 15 Unlimited
Company Established contractors 15 included, up to 60 Unlimited
Enterprise Multi-office and larger firms Agreed with you Unlimited

Each package includes everything in the one before it. Solo covers field work and drawings, quotes and invoicing, and the AI assistant. Crew adds site management (RFIs, inspections, the programme, change orders and more), the client portal and e-signatures, Xero and QuickBooks sync, and AI drawing intelligence. Company adds commercial control (budgets, payment applications, CIS), preconstruction, document control, supply-chain compliance, advanced AI, custom fields and dashboards, online client payments and the API. Enterprise adds the MCP server, multiple organisations, enforced single sign-on and audit-log export.

The prices, in pounds and dollars, and the full comparison are on the pricing page. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Annual billing is two months free.

The free trial

  • When you set up a new company, you choose a package and add a card. The trial lasts 14 days, with everything in the package you chose.
  • Your card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then; cancel in time and you pay nothing. We email the owner 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
  • To cancel, open Settings → Plan & billing on the web and choose Manage billing.
  • One free trial per company.

Enterprise has no self-serve trial: book a demo and we’ll set it up with you.

Who counts as a user

Owners, admins, managers, members and viewers each count as a user. Clients, subcontractors and guests don’t, however many you invite. Team on the web shows how many users you have.

Extra users

Crew includes 5 users and Company includes 15. To add more, open Settings → Plan & billing on the web and change the number of extra users, up to 15 in all on Crew and 60 on Company. You pay for the rest of the billing period pro rata.

Solo is for one person. To invite a second user, move up to Crew.

Changing package

Owners and admins change package from Settings → Plan & billing on the web.

  • Moving up takes effect straight away; the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged pro rata.
  • Moving down keeps everything readable. Records made on the bigger package stay where they are and everyone can still open them; you just can’t start new ones in the modules the smaller package doesn’t include. A move down waits until the users in your company fit the smaller package.
  • If a module isn’t in your package, it still shows in the menu with a lock. Opening it says which package includes it.

Paying

  • On the web, by card through Stripe. Konverge never sees your card number. Invoices and receipts are under Manage billing.
  • Enterprise is quoted annually and invoiced.

When a plan ends or a payment fails

If a payment fails, we email the owner and Stripe retries the card. If the plan ends, the workspace goes read-only: everyone can still open everything, and owners and admins can still download it all from Settings → Export data (see Export and delete your data). Nothing is deleted. Choose a package again and you carry on where you left off.

Founding pilots

Pilots are free for the pilot term and keep a permanent founding-customer discount afterwards. See the pilot.
