Konverge has no passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. The first time you use a new address, that code creates your account.
Sign up
- Go to app.getkonverge.com/sign-up. The page is headed Create your Konverge account. It works the same on a computer or in your phone’s browser.
- Enter your name and your work email address, then choose Email me a code.
- Enter the code from the email. If it hasn’t arrived after a minute, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.
- Set up your company, or join one with an invite. The web walks you through it in three short steps. See Set up your company and Invite your team.
If you closed the tab or asked for more than one code, use the code in the newest email.
The phone apps
The iPhone and Android apps are on their way to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, your team can use Konverge in the browser on any phone at app.getkonverge.com. getkonverge.com/app has the latest. When the apps arrive, sign in to them with the same email address.
One account, not two
Your account is your email address (or a phone number, if you already have one on your account). Sign in the same way every time: an email address you haven’t added to your account starts a new, empty account, with none of your projects in it.
To add another way to sign in, open Settings → Sign-in & security on the web. See Sign-in methods and two-step verification.
Good to know
- Codes expire after a short time. Ask for a new one rather than retyping an old one.
- If you get “Too many attempts”, wait a minute and try again.
- Never share a sign-in code with anyone, including Konverge support. We will never ask for one.
